6. Refunds
6.1. If you made a purchase directly on our website, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or these Subscription Terms. If you are unsure whether you are eligible for a refund, feel free to contact our customer support via email, and we will find the best solution together.
6.2. For EU Customers:
Pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, your right of withdrawal expires immediately upon service activation. By completing subscription payment, you:
- Explicitly request and consent to immediate service provision;
- Acknowledge forfeiting your right of withdrawal.
For Non-EU Customers:
All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable legislation. These Terms apply to standalone digital products/services (including, but not limited to, PDF files, knowledge bases, etc.). By purchasing such items, you:
- Acknowledge immediate delivery;
- Waive your right to cancel the order (right of withdrawal "cooling-off period");
- Accept that refunds will not be available.
6.3. We grant the right to a refund provided all the following conditions are met:
- This is your first purchase;
- You have met the requirements according to your subscription type:
- Weekly subscription:
- You contacted us within 30 days after your initial purchase and before the end of the first week;
- You completed at least 2 courses/challenges with a minimum 70% completion rate for each.
- 4-week subscription:
- You contacted us within 30 days after your initial purchase and before the end of the fourth week;
- You completed at least 3 courses/challenges with a minimum 70% completion rate for each.
- 1-month subscription:
- You contacted us within 30 days after your initial purchase and before the end of the first month;
- You completed at least 3 courses/challenges with a minimum 70% completion rate for each.
- 12-week subscription:
- You contacted us within 30 days of subscription purchase;
- You completed at least 3 courses/challenges with a minimum 70% completion rate for each.
- 3-month subscription:
- You contacted us within 30 days of subscription purchase
- You completed at least 3 courses/challenges with a minimum 70% completion rate for each.
- Annual subscription:
- You contacted us within 30 days of subscription purchase
- You completed at least 3 courses/challenges with a minimum 70% completion rate for each.
- You provided screenshots from the service confirming you completed at least 70% of each course/challenge according to the above requirements. If all conditions are satisfied, you may request a refund.
6.4. Only fulfillment of all requirements specified in clause 6.3 of these Terms grants you the right to a refund under the money-back guarantee. This guarantee does not apply to any other circumstances.
6.5. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will deduct from your refund an amount proportional to the services already provided.
6.6. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 3 business days of the occurrence of the event specified in clause 6.3. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method, depending on the bank that issued the card.
6.7. If you purchased a subscription or trial through the App Store or Google Play and are eligible for a refund under Apple’s or Google Play’s policies, you must request it directly from Apple or Google — they handle all refunds. Instructions are available on Apple’s or Google’s support pages.
